Self-described "bad adventurer."

Knows about the Redbrand ruffians but does not know Sildar.
Told us the Redbrands have a safe house under the ruined manor, northeast of
Phandalin, and that someone was attacked by undead there.
Gave us wave echo cave lore: 500+ years old, minerals & magic, the Forge of
Spells (craft magic items), lost after a great battle inside.
Noted that Halia thorn (Miner's Exchange boss) is interested in the Redbrands.
